Summary
Plan, coordinate and direct all Grill/Café and Pizzeria activities. Maintain responsibility for overall appearance and cleanliness of dining facility and grill. Ensure proper presentation of meals. Train and delegate responsibilities to supporting staff. Act as liaison between client community and Meriwether Godsey staff. Assist the director with all other aspects of account management. Develop and implement innovations within existing systems of operation while adhering to company standards.
