Where there is so much waste, there is an opportunity to make a difference through our practices and standards. Our goal is to use sensible, eco-friendly strategies that balance environmental responsibility with each client's needs and preferences.From what we serve to how we clean up after a meal, we are committed to reducing our impact on our natural resources. How do we do it?First,
we are perpetual learners about how our industry impacts the
environment and what we can do to change that. We do not believe that
all the problems are crystal clear nor all the solutions discovered.
But we are committed to reducing our industry’s impact and will take
advantage of every resource and opportunity to stay on the leading edge. What does it look like?At each of our accounts we are taking steps to be more sustainable. Some accounts are able to do more than others, but all are doing something from recycling to local purchasing to reducing waste to composting. At the forefront are our goals to educate and raise community awareness. |
