Meriwether Godsey is unique among culinary contractors in that we operate independent restaurants. Our two “casual gourmet” restaurants, Meriwether's Market (est. 1996) and Isabella's Italian Trattoria (est. 1999), continue to thrive even in an environment where 80% of all restaurants fail within the first two years. We owe our success in this competitive retail setting to high standards and close monitoring of culinary and serving trends. Our restaurants in turn strengthen of our management, menu development, and flair of our contract dining services.
